Cathy your practice sessions have helped me heal. My therapist Lisa introduced and taught me how to be mindful and the self compassion remains a work in progress. Your recorded meditations helped me return to work and fend off my anxiety daily. I don’t think I would have made it through without your voice. Thank you so much for your selfless generosity in sharing your knowledge with those like me who are struggling. It continues to be my life raft when the waves get high. Forever grateful, Brenda
