Introduction to Mindful Self-Compassion

This workshop is typically a half or full day format with ample time for lunch, morning & afternoon breaks
  • Location can be provided by the client or for an extra cost can be arranged by us
  • Recommended for 20 – 30 participants
  • Program activities include meditation, short talks, experiential exercises, group discussion, home practices and a direct experience of self-compassion
 In the Workshop participants will:
  • Gain an introductory understanding of self-compassion and mindfulness
  • Learn self-care skills and how to mitigate the effects of personal or professional caregiving
  • Learn a variety of mindfulness, self-compassion and relaxation techniques for home and everyday life
  • Learn how to motivate themselves with kindness
  • Learn how to stop being so hard on themselves
  • Learn how to handle difficult emotions with greater ease and acceptance
  • Learn how to practice the art letting go and living with greater ease
