Mindful Self-Compassion is a training program designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion; it is based on the ground-breaking research of Kristin Neff and the clinical expertise of Christopher Germer.
MSC is designed to be taken once a week for 8-weeks with a half-day silent retreat
8 Sunday mornings starting Sunday, September 27, 2020 and continuing on
October 4, 11, 18, 25, November 1, 8, 15, 22
9:00 am - 12:00 noon
