Learn to practice the art of letting go & living with greater ease.


Mindful Self-Compassion is a training program designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion; it is based on the ground-breaking research of Kristin Neff and the clinical expertise of Christopher Germer.


MSC is designed to be taken once a week for 8-weeks with a half-day silent retreat


8 Sunday mornings starting Sunday, September 27, 2020 and continuing on


October 4, 11, 18, 25, November 1, 8, 15, 22


9:00 am - 12:00 noon


Teachers: Patricia Baigent MSW, RSW & Cathy Morano MSW, RSW, both receiving their training directly from Kristin Neff and Christopher Germer through the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion in San Diego, California


Location: Radiant Health Yoga Studio, ​473 Dundas St, Woodstock, Ontario, N4S 1C2
