This practical, interactive workshop explores the many benefits of using mindfulness and compassion practices in order to strengthen your ability to remain authentic and connected to your values while leading others.  This workshop also discusses the merits of cultivating self-compassion so you are able to be more responsive, flexible and resilient when leading others and in your daily life.​
