8 Week Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) Training
Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is a training program designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion. MSC is based on the ground-breaking research of Kristin Neff and the clinical expertise of Christopher Germer.
MSC training teaches core principles and practices that enable participants to respond to difficult moments in their lives with kindness, caring and understanding. Cathy Morano and Patricia Baigent received their training directly from Kristin and Christopher and are authorized to teach MSC, they are excited to bring this program to Canada.
This MSC training includes 8 weekly sessions of 3 hours each, in addition to a 4-hour retreat. This training format offers an extended opportunity to deepen and solidify our practice.
