8 Week Mindful Self-Compassion Training

Learn to practice the art of letting go & living with greater ease.
Mindful Self-Compassion is a training program designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion; it is based on the ground-breaking research of Kristin Neff and the clinical expertise of Christopher Germer.  

8 Sunday Mornings Starting February 4, 2018
February 4, 11, 18, 25, March 4, 11, 18, 25
9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Also Includes:
1⁄2 Day Silent Retreat on Sunday, April 8, 2018

    Registration Process

    We are interested in getting to know you and therefore we conduct an intake telephone session  as part of the registration process.

    Please complete the information below and we will contact you to set up a time for the session. During the session we will also discuss payment options.
    The information you are providing  will only be read by the teachers.  If you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, please note that on the form and we can discuss during the intake session.  Leaving a question blank will have no impact on inclusion in this MSC Training.

    One of the teachers will contact you over the phone at the time indicated above for a brief, 15-minute intake session to review the following responses and get to know the teachers.
    *Please note if you are seeing a therapist or are receiving some other type of counselling your practitioner may want to learn more about this training.  Feel free to show them our website.
